Terms and Conditions

• Farmer’s Market reserves the right at any time and from time to time, without notice, to add to, remove from and/or change the Farmer’s 4 Education (”Program”) Terms and Conditions; for example, Farmers’ Market may change the Program benefits, Reward credit levels, Program affiliations or redemption of Reward credits.
• Farmers’ Market reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time.
• The availability of any Reward or Reward level cannot be guaranteed. Reward credits required for redemption may increase prior to Reward redemption.
• When you enroll in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Program Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL:

1. Reward credits accrue and Rewards are redeemed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Program.
2. Information regarding current redemption requirements and descriptions of Rewards are available on www.farmers4education.com Participants are responsible for accessing these sites in order to keep informed of Program features applicable to Participants’ rights and responsibilities with regard to the Program. For questions regarding the Program, Participants may also call 1-618-235-9500 8:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m., CT, Monday through Friday.
3. Participants are responsible for all personal taxes, liabilities, surcharges and any other fees associated with participation in the Program.
4. Farmer’s Market reserves the right to pursue legal action in the event of fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of the Program Terms and Conditions.
5. Program Terms and Conditions, Rewards and redemptions are subject to applicable government laws, rules and regulations and are void where prohibited.
6. Information regarding a Participant’s account and participation in the Program is confidential, and Farmer’s Market will not disclose any of its information to a third party not affiliated with Farmer’s Market.
7. Cash reward to participating schools is based off of the subtotal of your purchase. State and local taxes are not included.
8. Any taxable purchase is eligible. Wholesale purchases made with a valid tax exemption number and gift card purchases are not eligible for program rewards.
9. Farmer’s 4 Education cards are not transferable and have no stored cash value.
10. We reserve the right to use photos of the participating schools and the checks presented to them on our website to promote the program.
11. The current month’s rewards payments will be made by check before the 15th of the following month.

PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY:

A Participant in the Program must (1) be a natural person who resides in the U.S.; (2) have a valid U.S. driver’s license and a valid e-mail address (e-mail is the only means of official communication between Farmer’s Market and Participants).

No corporation or other legal entity may be a Participant in the Program and/or accrue Reward credits.

Provision of false information or omission of any information requested on any Program enrollment or redemption form or receipt may be grounds for denial of enrollment and/or accrual of Reward credit in the Participant’s account.
